Information the booking form collects
The booking form collects a name, email address, phone number, event date, location, event type, guest count, budget range, and message. The form sends that information to the site’s own /api/book route.
How an inquiry is used
The /api/book route validates the required name, email address, and message, then sends the submitted fields through Resend to the designated booking email address. The route does not write the inquiry to a site database. If email delivery fails, the form reports that the inquiry did not send.
Spam prevention
The form includes a hidden honeypot field. Automated submissions that fill that field are treated as spam and are not delivered to the booking contact.
Google Analytics and consent
Google Analytics 4 is included only when the site has a valid measurement ID. When it is included, the Google script loads after the page becomes interactive, but measurement starts with analytics and advertising consent denied. No page view or site conversion event is sent by this site before a visitor accepts.
After acceptance, Google Analytics can collect information about visits and site interactions, including pages viewed, booking-form successes, contact-link clicks, approximate location, and browser and device information. The site configures Google Analytics with anonymize_ip: true. It does not send the booking form’s field values to Google Analytics.

Changing the analytics choice
Accepting or declining is stored in this browser’s local storage. To withdraw consent or make a new choice, use the button below. It clears the stored choice, changes all four Google consent signals to denied, and reopens the consent banner. Declining does not limit the rest of the site.
Requesting deletion
To request deletion of a booking inquiry, identify the inquiry by the name and email address used in the form. A confirmed public booking email is not listed yet.
